Medical context
Context that may help you understand me.
I have a brain tumor, brain damage, and ADHD. This page is here because knowing that can make irregular streams, changed plans, and uneven communication easier to place.
Current effects
What you may notice
My memory, focus, energy, and communication can be inconsistent. I may forget details, reply slowly, lose the thread of a plan, need more recovery time than expected, or cancel something that looked realistic when it was scheduled.
An inconsistent reply or changed plan is not a reliable signal of my interest in a stream, collaboration, or conversation. The tumor, brain damage, treatment, or ADHD may be affecting the amount I can hold at once. Streaming can therefore be irregular, shorter than planned, delayed, changed, or cancelled.
Clear written details help. So do reminders, repeated information when something matters, and room for plans to change.
Current record
My latest MRI, for now
The labels describe the areas as I understand them. This image is part of the record, not medical guidance or a diagnostic explanation.

Tumor timeline
Starting with the confirmed 2017 record
My memories are fragmented, so this summary was reconstructed from the records currently available from two hospitals and my GP. It is limited to the tumor, treatment, monitoring, and practical effects that help explain the current situation.
A plus sign means at least that many records were found. Missing years or lower numbers do not prove that no other care occurred. Older fractures, unrelated injuries, routine visits, and private details are not rendered here unless they become useful context for understanding me now.
- 2017
The tumour and first operation
A low-grade brain tumour was discovered and surgically removed. Recovery left lasting effects on my energy, focus, planning, and tolerance for overstimulation.

- 1brain operation
- 2018
Continued monitoring
The available records show continued brain MRI monitoring during the year after the first operation.
- 2brain MRI scans
- 2019
Continued monitoring
Follow-up monitoring continued without a major event that needs a separate public explanation.

Changes on follow-up scans
Routine MRI monitoring showed slow change near the earlier surgical area, leading to renewed specialist review.
- 1brain MRI scan
- 1laboratory collection date
- 2023
Second brain operation
I underwent repeat brain surgery on 11 April and stayed in hospital from 7 to 15 April. Recovery and my return to activity were deliberately gradual.

Considering further treatment
A subtle change on an MRI led to discussion of additional treatment options.

Daily treatment began
I started daily treatment in March and underwent frequent monitoring. The four documented brain MRI scans remained stable.

Stable follow-up on treatment
Treatment continued, with the three documented brain MRI scans through July remaining stable.

Scope
Useful context, not every detail
This page provides practical context for streams, collaboration, and ordinary interaction with me. It is a selected account of the current situation, not a complete medical record or an argument.
The timeline keeps selected verified events and broad yearly summaries. It does not list every appointment, every private detail, or old medical history that does not help explain the current situation. It is also not medical advice.
